This Week’s Presenter: Diane Haines – Sacred Revival

This week we welcome Diane Haines, founder of Sacred Revival, for a refreshing, movement-based session designed to help us reconnect with body and mind in the great outdoors.

Diane will guide us through a gentle stretch and movement practice, followed by a guided meditation by the beautiful Spring Farm Lake on Burrell Road. This session isn’t about yoga poses—it’s about helping busy professionals slow down, breathe deeply, and reset.

💧 Water bottles will be provided, and after the session we’ll head to Macchina Espresso Spring Farm (254 Richardson Rd) to enjoy a relaxed breakfast and continue the conversation.
