Scams aimed at small businesses peak in the lead up to Christmas. We'll look at real emails, texts and invoices, and the room votes: real or scam? We'll reveal the answer and the warning signs each time, covering things like fake invoices, "change of bank details" requests, Google listing calls and delivery texts. You'll leave with a one-page checklist for spotting scams.

Your Google Business Profile is often the first thing customers see. Bring your phone and we'll fix three quick things on your own profile in the room.

• Bring your phone


• Know the Google login you use to manage your business profile

• Arrive by 6:50 am and network


• Sit down by 7:00 am, 60 seconds intro by each Business


• Start by 7:20 am on Raps, Referrals and General Business, limited to 20 minutes total


• Presentation will start by 7:45 am, allowing 5 minutes for slight delays


• Presentation from 7:45 am until 8:25 am


• Close of meeting by 8:30 am
