This week, we have a event combining all four chapters from Camden, Campbelltown, Narellan and Liverpool at Camden Valley Inn with a very special speaker.

We are lucky enough to have 3 time Olympic medal winner Sarah Ryan presenting on 'Bouncing Back - Building your resilience with a mindset of an Olympic athlete'.

Sarah will share her journey as an athlete, the roller coaster of her 11 year career on the Australian Swimming Team and the lessons learnt that now apply day to day. She will talk about what worked and didn’t work for her, and how we can all strengthen our most powerful muscle – our brain. She will help us to develop a mindset to overcome the many challenges we are faced with, particularly after the 12 months we have all faced.

Join us for a night of fun and networking with some of the areas most successful business owners at Camden Valley Inn with the night kicking off at 6pm.
