Welcome to SWNG Camden! This week we hear from Jacob Hackett from IC Care.

IC Care is a small not-for-profit community organisation working in the Wollondilly and Camden Local Government Areas.

This service supports the aged care sector, aged 65 years and over; 50 and over for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people) who require assistance with daily living to remain living independently at home and in the community. IC Care aims to connect clients who identify as rural, remote and/or socially isolated to services. IC Care supports the community by providing a diverse range of support services and social events for older people in the community.
